Circular production, lasting responsibility.
When managed properly, plastic pallets have a much lower carbon footprint than single-use packaging. For us, sustainability means designing long-lasting products, recovering used products and using energy efficiently.

Plastic is not waste, it is a renewed resource.
"Since 1982, recycling has not been a choice for us; it is the foundation of our production discipline."
For Doğan Plastik, sustainability is not a slogan; it is a concrete production discipline we have maintained since 1982. On our plastic recycling journey that began with the raw-material crisis, we became pioneers in PE, PS, PP and PVC recovery — and we have approached every machine and every product with the same mindset ever since.
All process waste generated on our production site is processed on our own granulation lines and reintroduced into production. Through our take-back program we collect pallets that have completed their service life from our customers, granulate them and turn them back into raw material for new products. As a result, every plastic pallet serves for years with roughly ten times less environmental impact than a single-use equivalent.
Sustainability that begins on the design desk reaches the floor through weight optimization, part-count reduction and repairability principles. With energy-efficient injection machines, LED lighting and a planned rooftop solar (GES) investment, we are gradually reducing the carbon intensity of our facility.
Six concrete steps that bring green production to the floor.
From raw-material intake to shipping, we measure our environmental impact at every stage and reduce it in a planned way.
Circular Production
Process waste is granulated at our own facility and turned back into raw material.
Low Carbon
With reusable design we reduce packaging carbon footprint compared to wooden equivalents.
Renewable Energy
Planned rooftop solar (GES) investment and energy-efficient production lines.
Eco Design
Weight optimization and lightened pallets — less material, the same performance.
Take-Back Program
End-of-life pallets are collected from customers and brought back into the cycle.
Emission Management
Monitoring and gradual reduction of air, water and noise emissions.
