Our R&D department combines decades of production experience accumulated since 1979 with modern engineering tools. Every new product comes to life through market needs analysis, conceptual design, parametric CAD modeling and finite element analysis (FEA).
Ideas born at the design table take physical form on our prototype line. Through static load tests, dynamic rack tests, drop and vibration tests, we ensure each product is ready for the challenges it will face in the field. This approach yields lighter, longer-lasting products that deliver higher performance with less material.
Our in-house mold workshop accelerates the transition from design to mass production. Custom projects are managed end-to-end under a single engineering discipline; feedback reaches the design in short cycles.
